BLOOD DONATION CAMP ORGANIZED IN DHARAVI AND KUMBHARWADA IN MUMBAI

The Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation arranged two Blood Donation Camps in Mumbai – one at Dharavi and the other at Kumbharwada where 523 Nirankari devotees donated their blood.
Blood Banks of Sion Hospital, Nair Hospital and Red Cross Society collected the blood at Dharavi while Blood Banks of J.J. Hospital and G.T. Hospital collected blood at Kumbharwada.
Looking at the overwhelming enthusiasm of Nirankaris towards blood donation, four Policemen including one API, one Head Constable and two Constables donated blood in the camp at Dharavi.
The camp at Dharavi was inaugurated by Rev Harish Khubchandani, Zonal Incharge, Sant Nirankari Mandal, Ahmednagar. This camp was visited by local MLA Smt. Varsha Gaikwad and Ex-Municipal Councillor Shri Deepak Kale. The camp at Kumbharwada was inaugurated by Dr. Nikhil Majethia, Asstt. Professor, J.J. Hospital and was visited by Cine Actor Viju Khote, Senior Police Inspector Rajaram Prabhu and Shri Sharad Chintankar a representative of local MLA Shri Mangal Prabhat Lodha.
Arrangements of both the camps were made properly by Shri Raju Kadam and Shri Balkrishna Mandavkar respectively with the help of local Sant Nirankari Sewa Dal Units.
