A Sant Nirankari Charitable Dispensary was opened in the Sant Nirankari SatsangBhawan, Shahad in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra on Sunday, April 17, 2016.
Set up under the auspices of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, the Allopathic Dispensary was inaugurated by the Mayor of Ulhasnagar Smt. ApekshaPatil.Initially, it will remain open for general public daily from 9 am to 11 am, but after a month it will also remain open from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The Sant Nirankari Mission has already 157 Charitable Dispensaries across the country. They include 20 mobile dispensaries. With Ulhasnagar, the number has gone up to 158. In addition, the Mission has 10 pathological laboratories at various places which are also running on charitable basis. The Mission has a plan to setup a health city in Delhi with a 1250 bed Super Speciality Hospital, blood bank and several other activities.
Speaking on the occasion, Smt. ApekshaPatil appreciated the Mission for this noble service to humanity.Shri Gulab Chand Ji, Zonal Incharge Ulhasnagar said that here service to humanity is considered a means to express one’s devotion to God. More than 20 lakh people are already taking advantage of 4 hospitals and 157 dispensaries in the country every year, he said.
