Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation ( SNCF ) joined hands with Indian Red Cross Society ( IRCS ) and its training wing, St. John Ambulance Services by launching a training program in First Aid & Emergency Preparedness, for the community as a whole coming from all backgrounds. The first training session was inaugurated on 28th May, 2018 at Delhi with the blessings of Rev. Bindiya Chhabra Ji, Executive President, SNCF in the presence of Sh. C.L. Gulati, Secretary, SNCF, Sh. Radheyshyam, Member Incharge, HRD, Sh. Subhash Talus, CO, SNCF and Sh. Sanjay Sharma, Manager ( SNCF ). Two trainers from St. John Ambulance, Sh. Ojas Walia, Assistant Commissioner, SJA along with Ms. Devender Kaur, were also present. They demonstrated the activities in most interactive way in front of everyone. In her blessings Rev. Bindiya Chhabra Ji said that “This is the most important and essential training for all, must be learned by everyone as emergency can occur anytime and anywhere. A trained volunteer can save many lives at the time of acute helplessness“.
In the first batch there were 85 students who participated and it is expected that every month at least one batch will be facilitated for this training by SNCF.
