Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation ( SNCF ) has been actively involved in the socio charitable activities since 2010 under Heal, Enrich and Empower, Pan India in almost all the spheres. One of the major project under SNCF development plan was to adopt villages which was envisioned as a Pilot Project by Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh ji Maharaj. Keeping this in view, in the year 2017 three villages were adopted by SNCF for its overall development and various projects like Tree Plantation, Cleanliness Drives, Medical and Health Check up camps with free distribution of medicines, provision of Ambulance Service, Mobile Dispensary, construction and repair work for local village schools etc. were successfully completed in the villages after their adoption. In continuation of these activities SNCF constructed and handed over one Sports Stadium to the local people of the village Bhodwal Majri on 14.10.18, Sunday. Since SNCF has been involved in various development activities in the village, so the Panchyat of the village decided to name the stadium as “ Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh ji Stadium” which was inaugurated by Satguru Mata ji in the presence of Rev. Bindiya Chhabra ji, Executive President, SNCF. The Guest of Honour was Sh. Kuldeep Vats, Vice President, Indian Olympic Association along with other national level players and dignitaries. The function began with the flag hoisting ceremony by Satguru Mata ji followed by tree plantation in the stadium premises. Arjun Awardee Kabaddi Team also participated in this event to motivate the villagers towards sports.
