SNCF conducted a mega cleanliness drive at Safderjung Hospital, New Delhi on 28th September, 2019 with the help of 500 volunteers including the team of gardeners, plumbers and other skilled manpower. The drive started with a prayer with the presence of Dr. Sahay, Additional MS, Safderjung Hospital, Dr. Tilak Raj and other senior officials from the hospital. The drive was also supported by the housekeeping staff of the hospital. The volunteer team performed the drive with full enthusiasm and it also motivated the general public in the form of Nukkad Natak for the awareness of campaign “No to Single Use Plastic”. Sh. Sunil Gupta, Medical Superintendent, SJ Hospital, highly appreciated the work done by the volunteers and desired to have such more events in the near future. In the past also SNCF had conducted various such events in association with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi, where in 2018, SNCF conducted cleanliness drive in 664 Government Hospitals, Pan India.
