Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing policies for hospital's day-to-day operations in line with healthcare accreditation standards of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH).
  2. Assist in hospital pre-commissioning activities and commissioning of hospital.
  3. Assist in project monitoring and site completion in accordance with statutory compliances.
  4. Organize Multidisciplinary Team meetings ensuring seamless coordination among departments, efficient patient communication, and high-quality service delivery.
  5. Ensure efficient patient communication and high-quality service delivery.
  6. Providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • MBA/ MHA or any other equivalent degree in hospital administration/ management will be preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 1 year in hospital operations/ administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for the project with Project Management Consultants/ MEP consultants
  • Driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Addressing issues and challenges that arise during construction, such as delays, unexpected site conditions, and equipment malfunctions
  • Implementing and monitoring quality and safety protocols on-site to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
  • Applying knowledge of electrical calculations to ensure that all electrical systems are designed and installed according to industry standards.
  • Reviewing and analyzing drawings /BOQs /specifications and coordination with consultants /Contractors
  • Performing calculations related to ventilation system requirements, including airflow and fan sizing, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Responsible for the sizing of electrical equipment, cable trays, ducts, and fans, as well as ensuring proper earthing systems.
  • Coordination with intra and inter departments like structure , architecture , liaison team
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ventilation systems, various types of ventilation fans, and ensure the correct equipment is specified for each project.
  • Reading MEP drawings and analyzing MEP tender documents
  • Knowledge of ventilation system and various types of ventilation fans
  • In depth knowledge of low voltage systems like Fire Alarm , FTTH system ,CCTV system and knowledge of latest product /technologies available in market
  • Maintaining communication with PMC, vendors and addressing their concerns or requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related
  • 7-9 years of experience in hospital/ large scale construction projects

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical calculations, ventilation system design, and sizing of electrical components.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP drawing analysis and design, with a working knowledge of other software such as MS Project or Revit.
  • Knowledge of MEP design standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Position Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the mechanical systems within the hospital, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
