On September 11, 2016, a blood donation camp was organized in Barmer in Rajasthan in which 195 devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission, including 64 women, donated their blood voluntarily. The blood collecting team came from the Government Hospital, Barmer.
Organized under the auspices of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, the camp was inaugurated by Barmer MLA Shri Mewaram Jain. Shri Hari Mohan Gehlot, Zonal Incharge and Shri Shanti Lal Sanyojak also participated in the ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Jain described the initiative of the Mission as a unique service to humanity and thanked the Foundation for organizing the blood donation camp in Barmer.
Shri Gehlot said that the Mission is fully dedicated to the service of the mankind and mentioned about the ‘Swachh Rail – Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and other social welfare activities.
